COMPANY: Financial Services Concern

LOCATION: Fairfield County, CT

COMPENSATION: To $65K + Bonus

SUMMARY:

* Review and approve NAVs for multi-strategy single advisor funds and fund of funds.

* Serve as a resource in the creation, revision, and interpretation of investment operations policies and procedures.

* Establish and monitor fund expense budgets and pay expenses to vendors.

* Work with portfolio construction and fund accounting to assist in coordination of fund security transitions.

* Liaise with external auditors to coordinate fund audits and assist in ensuring sign-off on time and within budget.

* Interact with external tax preparers to ensure fund tax returns and K-1s are completed by required deadlines.

* Provide ad hoc analyses and project support as requested by senior management.

REQUIRED:

* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

* 1-3 years working in operations of a financial services firm.

* Experience in the asset-management industry.

* Experience in a multi-managers environment preferred.
