Job Description:

  • As part      of the lead executive team, participate in overall organizational      development and creation of new programs.
  • Programmatic      Strategy & Development – Oversee and lead design, marketing,      promotion, delivery, implementation and quality of ILC Programs. Create      and implement programs’ annual strategy.
  • Event      Management- ability to professionally plan, coordinate and manage events      for the programs that will accomplish the goals of the program      organization. Ability to manage and implement several events at once.
  • Budget      Management – Creating, overseeing and implementing the program’s annual      budget. Monitoring adherence to set budgets.
  • Team      Management – Oversee a support team including program managers, temporary      employees and volunteers. Manage relationships with other organizations in      the community and outside vendors.
  • ILC-Care      Volunteer management – effectively recruits and manages the volunteers of      the projects and develops policies and procedures that fully conform to      current laws and regulations.
  • Community      outreach – assures the programs continue to outreach to the community and      its mission, events, services and achievements are consistently presented      in a strong, positive image.
  • Fundraising      and donors relations – Planning (mainly grant writing) and implementation,      including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources,      submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and      documentation.
  • Marketing      and Technology – Overseeing the project’s brand development and marketing.      Overseeing website and online content development and management, social      networking marketing as well as the marketing and public relations for the      program.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelors      degree
  • At least      5 years of related job experience.
  • Event      management a plus. Marketing/Public relations experience a plus, including      familiarity with social media strategy.
  • Speaks,      reads and writes in English as mother tongue.
  • Speaks      Hebrew fluently.
  • Good      operational & administrative management
  • Experience      in managing and leading a team of employees. Capabilities and ability to      lead processes.
  • Strong      high level planning and monitoring capabilities and ability to manage a      team effectively.
  • Strategic      thinker, creative vision and out of the box thinking.
  • Action      oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Works well      under pressure.
  • A      proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Exceptional      writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability      to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven, team      oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal
