Full-Time Program Coordinator

Job Description

The program coordinator is responsible for managing the marketing, client recruiting and evaluation of the small business programs.

Serves as liaison between the program and Jewish Communal Agencies, organizations, Temples and the community at large. Will interface with other funding entities and organizations such as foundations and government agencies as needed. Provides coordination between program participants and trainers, mentors and volunteer consultants. Collects and processes class fees and makes bank deposits for finance department. Coordinates business plan preparation, training seminars and networking/lecture series events. Assists with the preparation of statistics, demographics and reports on program progress. BA or BS Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing/Advertising or Operations Management. 6 months to 2 years experience in any business area and/or background in microenterprise and entrepreneurship a significant plus. Any teaching experience with adult learners a plus. (DR-5180)
