Job Description

Applicant will be in charge of all the operational activities of the company including the headquarter office, the warehouse, and the administrative support of the company. Supporting the CEO and the Sales Representatives, the candidate will enjoy a high functioning, challenging and fun work environment. The candidate will help to design and establish the infrastructure of scalable operation and will be in charge of managing the entire operational team.

Essential Functions:

• Customer      support.
• Process      purchase orders.
• Develop      and maintain the customer relationship management system.
• Manage      all the contracts with all suppliers as IT, communication, office supply,      freights, etc.
• Oversee      the entire logistic process and the warehouse activities.
• Develop      and maintain the QA system of the company.
• Oversee      Inventory management and shipping and handling activities.
• Interface      with vendors and distributers.
• Support a      growing sales force.
• Support      the marketing team.

Job requirements:

• Must      possess a ba2-4 years of management experience.
• Must      possess a bachelor degree.
• Excellent      command of the English language both oral and written.
• Hebrew as      a second language is an advantage.
• Proficient      with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• CRM or      QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Hebrew Language requirement: Knowledge is an advantage, but not required.
