Full-Time Office Manager/HR Director

Job Description

  • Ensure      smooth operation of our 2 offices (West Side and East Side) and future      offices.
  • Respond      to day-to-day support needs from agents and employees.
  • Coordinate      both in-house and outsourced systems and personnel.
  • Act as      liaison for leadership team, agents, support staff and vendors.
  • Manage      vendor relationships.
  • Conduct      office orientation and integration sessions for new agents, employees and      staff.
  • Maintain      highly productive work environment and high level customer service.
  • Work out      of our West Side Office with weekly visits to our East Side office.
  • Report      directly to the president and be a part of the leadership team.

Job requirements:

  • Must have      at least 3 years of office manager experience and 2 years’ experience in      the NYC residential real estate industry.
  • Outstanding      written/verbal communication skills.
  • Positive      attitude, outgoing personality and exceptional customer services skills.
  • High      level organizational and managerial skills.
  • Must have      the ability to multi task and provide solutions to day-to-day issues in a      fast paced environment.
  • Must have      good working knowledge of computers providing first aid response to      day-to-day issues.
