Job Description

Innovative, multi-site Medicaid/Medicare Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTC), serving the frail elderly and visually impaired population, seeks seasoned Member Services Manager. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of member service operations within the Case Management department, including call center operations, authorization processing and all aspects of personnel management.

Requirements include:

• Baccalaureate Degree

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in call center operations, customer services and provider relations preferably in a health insurance setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, organization and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office operation programs.

• Excellent skills in problem solving and analysis, operational planning and staff development.
