Full-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

This position is responsible to assist in the overall management and administration of the Centers financial operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Reconciling of TITLE IV funds
  • Supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage students tuition accounts
  • Preparation of financial reports for presentation to Senior Management
  • Manage all travel and continuing education requests & expenses
  • Maintain financing activities, bank accounts, as well as banking relationships
  • Assists with purchasing activity
  • Assists with the maintenance of financing activities

Requirements:

  •  4 years working in a finance related field
