Full-Time Executive Assistant and Project Manager

Job Description

Job Description: As an executive assistant to the managing partner of the firm, the candidate be responsible to handle administrative, managerial and community affairs, including:

  1. Managing all aspects of office IT including purchasing and servicing of hardware and software.
  2. Hiring and working with outside service providers including office supplies companies and vendors.
  3. Providing administrative support to managing partner and other attorneys.
  4. Graphic design for firm newsletter, website and online marketing.
  5. Database management.
  6. Handling office time keeping and billings
  7. Handling translations and legal support.
  8. Participate in reception and office chores rotation
  9. Managing bank accounts, payments, tax returns and travel of managing partner.
  10. Involvement in community projects.
  11. Handling various projects as they come.

Job Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate capacity, skills and experience to cope with the job description.
  • Advantage to Hebrew speaker, graduate degree and skills in graphic and web design
  • Intelligent, creative, positive and efficient task manager.
  • Work permit
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Advantage to proficiency in Publisher, Exchange, Paint,      AdobeAcrobat, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.

Hebrew Language Requirement: Preferred
