Full-Time Executive Assistant

Job Description

A Downtown-based private real estate investment, operating, management and development firm is seeking an Executive Assistant work alongside and support the company’s senior level Executive.  With a mixed portfolio of properties, this company has been in business for nearly 25 years and continues to grow. Classic executive and personal assistant type responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Manage calendars: setting up and scheduling meetings
  • Act as president’s gate keeper by answering all incoming calls and taking detailed messages
  • Receive, monitor and organize all email communications
  • Handle email correspondence on behalf of the president
  • Keep an organized filing system for physical and electronic documents and paperwork
  • Book travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare all meeting materials including documents and agendas
  • Assist with any additional projects or tasks as requested


  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives within the real estate industry
  • Strong organizational skills with project management experience
  • Must be an effective and efficient multi-tasker
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Trustworthy and confidential in nature


  • Base salary $80K – $100k (commensurate on experience) plus bonus
