Were seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team who will manage the daily operations and administration of the office. Main responsibilities will include calendar management, arranging travel itineraries, processing expenses, assist with appointment preparation and coordinate team events. In addition, the Executive Assistant will screen and prioritize phone calls while responding to inquiries when appropriate and will be able to take notes and summarize or recap to follow through on action items autonomously.

As an experienced administrative individual, you will read and prioritize correspondence to research and route correctly. You will maintain professional relationships with all levels of Management across external parties. With strong systems knowledge, you will be able to assist with PowerPoint presentations, prepare spreadsheets, and work on customized reports. The Executive Assistant will oversee the Finance Management travel and entertainment budget, which may include preparation for seminars and ad hoc events. Additionally, this role will act as a floor manager, responsible for maintaining the food and beverage orders for the floor while keeping the kitchen organized.



We are eager to speak to professionals with 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position who has the proven ability to maintain confidentiality. You will have elevated communication and organizational skills, a strong ability to prioritize, and be detail and service oriented. In addition, you will have experience with working in a fast-paced environment, have proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, Concur, etc. and be agile to the ever-changing business. Experience working with SAP is a plus.
