Job Description

We are seeking FULL-TIME or PART-TIME Professional Representatives to join our team! Helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries, answer phone and emails.
-Provide information about the company, products, services.
-Document and update customer records based on interactions.
-Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

-Experience in customer relation is a bonus(Not a must), sales, or other related fields
-Ability to build rapport with clients/associates
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Positive and professional demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must have clean background
-Must have valid driver license
