Full-Time Customer Service Manager

Job Description

A financial service company located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced customer service manager.

Responsibilities:
Must have knowledge of the features and benefits of all products and services provided by the company in order to satisfy the needs of the customers.
Assure quality of customer service and adherence to sales and brand standards.
Promote teamwork in the customer service department in order to achieve goals.
Mentoring and coaching staff to improved performance.
Attract, recruit and hire more team members when necessary.
Identify specific, measurable quality standards that can be monitored and reported effectively to management.
Maintain a positive work environment through creative, sustainable programs that encourage employee participation.
Review the staff’s customer interactions including emails and call recordings.
Ensure that the customer, company and sales agent relationships are on the same path.

Candidates Profile:
Effective team leader and delegator
Demonstrated track record of achievements
Outstanding interpersonal skills
2-3+ years of experience in customer service management
Demonstrates a no-excuse mentality
Ability to create and maintain a customer friendly culture, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
Strong communication and presentation skills. Know what to say, and more importantly, how to say it.
