Job Description

Consumer Product Retailer, is seeking and experienced and capable Customer Service Manager.

This  position is responsible for leading the Customer Service Team and Reps, implementing policies and procedures for Customer Relations, devising training for all Customer Service Representatives and ensuring that all Team Members fully comprehend and are capable of performing their duties, assigning tasks and responsibilities, confirming proper completion thereof, inspecting work quality and processes, conducting performance reviews, disciplining Team Members when necessary, resolving escalated Customer Service instances, observing daily Team activity, confirming overall efficiency and productivity, assuring company standards and principles are upheld, guaranteeing customer satisfaction at all times and performing other related duties.
