Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

An established and fast-growing Mortgage Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to be based out of our Monroe, NY Office.

 

High Level Duties/Roles:

Strategic forecasting and budgeting as well as implementing, managing, and directing all finance and accounting related activities of the company.

Controls and Participates in the development of long-range budgets and goals that contribute to the overall profitability of the Company. Assists CEO in establishing and implementing short and long-range financial goals, objectives, policies, and accounting operating procedures. Oversees and directs the activities of the finance and accounting areas.

Creates, coordinates, and evaluates the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company. Assists CEO in the financial review of profits and expenses. Prepares, presents, and interprets major reports for senior management. Responsible for achieving greater departmental staff productivity through implementing financial processes, systems, and technologies.

Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and regulatory guidelines.

 

Other Preferred Skills;

2 years + of Senior Financial Experience

Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills at all levels of the organization.

Forward thinking mindset; actively seeks opportunities and offers solutions.

Knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, process, pricing, workflow.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

CPA Certified
