Internship Administrator – NY

Job Description

An internet startup in the cloud space, with offices in New York and Israel is looking for an administrator to join our New York team. You will be responsible for the ongoing operation of the office. Answering the phones, greeting visitors, and relaying messages. Some accounting data entering (no experience required). Sorting and sending mail. Performing office services such as purchasing supplies, copying, scanning, and distributing info. Planning and supporting meetings and events. Assisting other departments on project based assignments. Some accounts payable work. Office maintenance and ad hoc projects.

Job requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize work effectively and within guidelines, deadlines, and time-frames. Must be highly organized. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, mature and independent judgment. Excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Eligible to work in the US.

Hebrew Language requirement: Hebrew is a plus
