Job Description

Job Description: Seeking an organized, responsible and energetic Office Manager and Personal Assistant to join its team for a temporary position.

  • Oversee      all day to day office operations
  • Responsible      for daily HR tasks and attendance
  • Order and      maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Answer      and monitor all incoming calls
  • Receive      and distribute mail daily
  • Coordinate      busy calendars for two managing partners and assist them in all required      tasks
  • Coordinate      conference calls and manage conference lines
  • Scan and      mail checks and payables weekly

Job requirements:

  • Excellent      interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability      to multitask
  • Ability      to adapt quickly to a fast paste environment in a diverse organization
  • Superior      attention to details
  • Proficiency      in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word excel)
  • Experience:      Entry or Mid-Level

Hebrew Language requirement: Not Specified

Salary: Hourly- based on experience
