Our client, a rapidly growing, Web 2.0 digital marketing firm, is seeking a personable and driven account manager to work with, optimize and deepen the relationship with client accounts.

No digital marketing experience is necessary but you NEED to be internet savvy and have an extremely customer focused mindset.

  • Work closely with the sales team to pre-qualify sites as potential clients
  • Manage the CRM database by inputting leads and site data
  • Participate in webinars and demo calls with potential clients
  • Generate and execute short-term go-live plan for Salesperson’s new Publishers
  • Implement new products across assigned portfolio’s
  • Act as primary point of contact upon completion of initial integration
  • Participate in weekly meeting with sales team to review sites’ status, issues, & opportunities for maximization
  • Assist in the communication of market insights, knowledge, and client suggestions to relevant departments
  • Perform monthly review of sites in portfolio for issues and opportunities for maximization
  • Review client’s satisfaction with services, review other sites they may have added and provide feedback to sr. management on room for improvement


  • 1-2 years of sales or account management experience preferred
  • You are technologically inclined and are comfortable with Internet marketing concepts.
  • Process and sales-driven individual
  • Superb communication skills, both oral and written (this can’t be overstated)
