A Master’s or other advanced degree is preferred.
Five years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs or a Juris Doctor and significant experience working on and providing counsel regarding employment and labor-related matters.
Comfortable working on and leading projects tangential to, but outside the boundaries of traditional Human Resources matters
Ability to navigate complex projects and manage changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
