Job Description

Traditional Orthodox Synagogue in Manhattan is looking for an office manager.  32 hours/week.  $30,000.  Responsibilities include answering phones, sending and responding to emails, arranging mailings, drafting letters, managing website, organizing synagogue events, and designing flyers & bulletins. Must have strong computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, Publisher and willingness to learn more. Experience with Constant Contact desirable.  Must have good people skills, customer service skills, time management skills, ability to prioritize work, ability to multi-task and experience working as a self-starter. General understanding of synagogue operations recommended.  Must be able to speak and write in grammatically correct English.  Email resume and references to info@aderethel.org
